Decks and scopes and shuttles, mechanisms of repetition. The repetition brings strangely comforting lulls. An addict of routine? This job is nice.

Auckland is often called the city of sails. You can glimpse the load of masts in the background. It's winter time so...not many actual sails.
The tug boat crew seemed oblivious...

Things from the old country

Last week I was craving for Gatorade of all things. Of course none is to be had in new zealand, where the only substitute is powerade (which taste pretty vulgar). But then yesterday I was visiting my favorite korean grocery, and I saw a familiar logo. At some point they started stocking a korean gatorade. Cool ;)
